Refund & Exchange Policy

Delivery & Waiting Time

When your order arrives, you may inspect and try on your items once the courier hands them to you. The courier will wait 5–10 minutes to allow you to check your order.

If no one is available after this time, the courier may leave without completing the delivery.

Please Check Your Order Upon Delivery

We kindly ask that you inspect your items immediately when they arrive and before the courier leaves.

Delivery Coordination: kindly coordinate a suitable delivery time for you with the courier to allow for immediate inspection and try-on.

Returns & Exchanges at Delivery

If you wish to return or exchange your order, this must be done at the time of delivery by handing the items back to the courier.
In this case, only the delivery fee will be charged.

For exchanges, please place a new order online.

Please note:
• We are unable to accept partial returns. The entire package must be accepted or returned as one.
• Once the courier has left, the order is considered accepted.

After Delivery

After the delivery is completed and accepted, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
